Participation Terms

1. Scope

These Participation Terms apply to all events, experiences, and activities organized under the Unmapped brand.

By registering, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Services

WaveOrigin OÜ provides organization, coordination, and community-based experiences only.

WaveOrigin OÜ does not act as a travel agency or tour operator.
Accommodation, transportation, and activities are provided by independent third-party providers.

WaveOrigin OÜ may assist in coordinating bookings and facilitating payments but does not provide these services itself.

3. Participation Requirements

Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be physically and mentally capable of participating
• Hold all required licenses (e.g. for scooter use)
• Comply with all local laws and regulations

Participants are solely responsible for verifying their eligibility.

4. Safety & Conduct

Participants agree to:

• Act responsibly and follow local traffic laws
• Wear appropriate safety equipment (e.g. helmets)
• Drive at their own pace and within their abilities
• Not follow the group if they feel unsafe or unqualified

Unmapped does not provide professional supervision, instruction, or guided driving services.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Road traffic accidents
• Weather conditions
• Equipment failure
• Actions of third parties

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event.

6. Responsibility & Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unmapped is not liable for:

• Injuries, accidents, or damages
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Delays, route changes, or cancellations
• Any actions or omissions of third-party providers

Participants are fully responsible for their own decisions and actions.

7. Third-Party Services

Accommodation, transport, and activities are provided by independent third parties.

Unmapped:

• does not control these services
• does not guarantee availability, quality, or safety

Any claims must be directed to the respective provider.

8. Payments

Participation fees cover organization and coordination services only.

Additional costs (e.g. accommodation, scooter rental, activities):

• may be paid individually, or
• may be collected and forwarded to third-party providers

These amounts are estimates and may vary. Any difference may be adjusted accordingly.

9. Refunds & Transfers

Participation fees are non-refundable.

Participants may transfer their spot to another person with prior notice.

Refunds related to third-party services are subject to the respective providers’ policies.

10. Changes & Cancellation

Unmapped may adjust routes, schedules, or activities due to safety, weather, or operational reasons.

Events may be canceled if necessary. In such cases, participation fees may be refunded.

11. Insurance

Participants are responsible for arranging their own:

• health insurance
• travel insurance
• liability coverage

Unmapped does not provide insurance.

12. No Partnership or Agency

Participation does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between participants and WaveOrigin OÜ.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

Otherwise, liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to WaveOrigin OÜ.
